Yeah, it looks exactly the same as the rendering. The only difference it is not a hotel anymore.

Weird that the DP has a second-floor 'restaurant/cafe & services' and first-floor 'reception and parkade' but it's residential, not hotel.

That is strange. I can’t recall any residential projects anywhere where residential is on the main floor and the restaurant is at the top..

I gotta say, though, the views from the restaurant would be great from that location.

Doesn't seem all that weird IMO. The ground level exterior is depleted as the grade rises to the north so it makes sense for CRU uses to be shifted up to the 2nd. First floor south acts as a lobby for the residential and the 2nd level retail. I'd imagine there's a separate staircase and elevator to 2nd, and maybe even an official separate lobby.
