The DP drawings are posted for the project on the north part of Kingsland, right next to Glenmore, just south of Chinook:
No detailed renderings, just the elevations and site plan and floor plans.

Decent enough proposal, considering it’s not in a great location. I don’t know if it’s in the works to ever happen but it'd be nice to see a pedestrian/cyclist overpass at 4a st to better connect over to Chinook mall and to the +15 bridge (route shown in blue)

Someday if those big box lots ever get developed, you could have a nice path down the middle to the station. Could also connect up to the other enclosed pedestrian path.

They are found on the development permit link on the City's development map: https://developmentmap.calgary.ca/?find=DP2021-7471
Once you click on the link, hit the "details" button:

Once you have done that, go to "About" and you will see the red button to download the available documents (note, not every DP on the city's map allows for this, as it is still voluntary I believe):

What does everyone think about this area for new rentals? Is this a good place for more units, I guess there is a bunch of old stock around so flight to quality would make a new development work. As long as rents are around $2/sq ft, could be a good spot?

What occupied this site in the past? It must have been some unremarkable walk-ups demolished for the GE5 project. I should remember, but I don't
