Decent enough proposal, considering it’s not in a great location. I don’t know if it’s in the works to ever happen but it'd be nice to see a pedestrian/cyclist overpass at 4a st to better connect over to Chinook mall and to the +15 bridge (route shown in blue)
Someday if those big box lots ever get developed, you could have a nice path down the middle to the station. Could also connect up to the other enclosed pedestrian path.

What does everyone think about this area for new rentals? Is this a good place for more units, I guess there is a bunch of old stock around so flight to quality would make a new development work. As long as rents are around $2/sq ft, could be a good spot?

I think it’s a great spot for rentals. Relatively close to Chinook mall and Chinook LRT.

Historical air photos show a parking lot or undeveloped going as far back as they do. So, never a building there. Maybe it was overflow storage for the adjacent car dealership?
