We’re seeing a strange trend of building our nicest stuff for the demographic with the weakest eyesight.

Lol so true. Seriously though, a lot the projects for seniors homes projects are nicer than then regular ones. Wellings, and the Edward for example. Riverwalk isn't complete yet, but looks solid.

I drive by this semi frequently and it has seemed derelict for the past 2 years. Not sure what's up.
