This is the only rendering I could find, and it's from a while back. It may have changed since this one came out. Looks good if this is still the design.

The only downside is that the project replaces an already existing multi-family project that was providing cheap housing stock.

I prefer the older design, but this one is decent enough.

Pretty average, but I won't complain, it's good density fill. Depending on how those exterior panels look when installed, it could actually look pretty decent.
