This is one of the best designed and executed mid-rise projects to go up in Calgary in recent years.
You'd think that a building boring box with fewer materials would be the easiest and most efficient thing to build well - yet most others seem to struggle to keep it simple, clean and not use like 6 colours. I would imagine the construction is simpler too with fewer random protrusions and roof lines, as well reducing the long-run points of failure and maintenance issues.

I really don't understand why we don't see more of these exact buildings, or one template that works being mass produced to a bunch of other sites.
