If it doesn’t get VE’d then this will be a win. Brick and metal/composite paneling is above the standard for the average 5 floor wood build.

Walking distance to Shaganappi Point station, and near some good spots like Cassis Bistro, Melodiya Records and Phoenix Comics.

I think there's a lot of potential for this part of 17th (Crowchild to 47th St or so).
