6-7 years ago, I thought 10th ave was a write off, but after adding This, The Marriot, and 6th and Tenth, and the recent underpass work, the avenue is gaining some traction. Especially the 4 block stretch from 2nd street SW to 6th street. Once all the construction is done and settled it's going to be pretty good.

Agreed, but the City needs to respond by improving the public realm. There are still a ton of random utility poles, narrow sidewalks ext.

The south side of 10th is pretty decent all the way through to 14th street, but the north side :( We definitely need some more development on those parcels, and like you say, improvements from the city.
