So much to digest in there...

Sounds like new builds coming to the Aspen block around the Calgary Tower, just could be a few years away. I remember they had big office plans for the block years (decades?) ago. Re doing the Calgary Tower podium and adding some residential would be great. They talk about doing it in phases as not to overwhelm the market but also talk about hotel, rental and condo.

Also, they mention phasing what is now The Sullivan... trying to understand how that would work. Or is there another building on the property I'm missing.

I wonder if this includes the possibility of demolishing the parkade, or at least some of it, on the south side of the tracks. I doubt it would be possible to put a tower on top of it.

I think they're adding stuff to the mechanical level there so it's probably getting new cladding and windows

Any idea what they are planning to put in those open floors?

Tenant lounge/amenity space. I can't remember if the Gym will be there, but it will essentially be a huge social gathering space. Kind of like a library type space, similar to what BLVD amenity space looks like if you've ever seen. There will be private rooms, including golf sims. The lower, larger floor plate will have a big setback, creating a massive outdoor space spanning the entire West elevation.

I've seen artist's renderings while working at Aspen, I'm no longer there, though.
