Thought this was cool from Kasian's website: Platform was designed to transform into other uses in the future as needs and spaces evolve:

Each floor has the appropriate height of an office or apartment-building level, which is one and a half times higher than one finds in a typical parkade. This imparts a freedom upon the space — its future use is not prescribed or constrained.

Just wanted to share this rendering if some haven't seen it yet. Had no idea this structure was designed with this type of future convertibility in mind; very cool.
 
I think Platform will also be featured prominently in The Last of Us as architecture of the impending zombie apocalypse 😅

I would have sooner described it as dystopian, but I guess apocalyptic works too.

(I don't hate it, but the reality of a giant parking garage in the middle of a sea of surface parking lots is expensive and silly)
