Don't forget the larger RiverHall too.I'm excited to see how this area looks in a few years. With this, Kings, Eau Claire conversions, 606 4 St conversion and The Loft Conversion, we must be looking at an extra few thousand residents within just a few blocks. There is already a decent amount of restaurant/bar options in the area with Caesars, Imperial Taps, the Mexican spot in the hotel across the street from this, the Keg, The Rooftop, Brix &Barrell and a bunch of smaller mom and pop types of places.
Good to hear it's close to breaking ground. I had heard that this was for sure getting built, but it's taking its sweet time.I told myself I wouldn’t visit this page, only to be heartbroken, but different story today. No heartbreak today only joy.
There were some workers putting scrap into that green bin and I asked them what’s happening with the site.
They said they are working on the office conversion next-door and they’re using that site for some staging and storage, etc ……..but, they also said that they have to clear out by the end of the month to make way for another construction project.
