This is severely under-built for the location. I would like to see more units, and at least twice the number of proposed floors. This will take away a prime downtown block an lock in a low number of units forever.

We differ in that respect, i'd be fine with this being a 6-storey development to replace an empty parking lot. I say fill in the blocks we have however it's economical, so long as it is dense and 6-stories or more on any parking lot in the downtown and greater downtown. Would prefer a city of continuous street-wall and reasonably good urbanism and not have any surface parking lots, particular in the downtown and any inner-city area.

I don't care about the skyline, I care about the urban fabric (which might make me a crappy SkyRise big building lover, for the high-rise enthusiasts).

I’m ok with it. The amount of units is equivalent to most 20-25 story buildings.

I mostly agree, with the proviso that 6 storey wood frame that actually looks good. I am a big fan of Broward, I like Enzo so far, and a lot of stuff in University District looks great, but honestly would prefer that projects like Sentinel or Jemm's proposed 6 storey by Centre St & 16th don't go ahead, and eventually something else of hopefully better quality goes in instead. But that's more of a commentary on the quality (or lack thereof) of those two projects than their height.

I agree with that.
