A full double dump truck was departing when I was riding by just now. It’s definitely going forward.

Yes, 18th Ave side is first view (parkade entrance is left of the townhouses) and 17th Ave side is second view. All latest views on page 6.

Excellent, I was getting worried this one was never going to move ahead. The importance of this particular project, and the opportunity it presents to push the vibrancy of 17th eastward, far outweighs its size IMO.
