This will be one of the good ones, preserving what made the building unique while adding people where they have never been.

It will be a big boost to the east side of downtown to get this and Palliser conversions finished. Downtown east of Centre St and north of the tracks feels like a wasteland, and as someone who works in the area I'm looking forward to it feeling a bit more vibrant.
