It's more or less protection for the period when they are actively pouring that area. Keeping the temperature more constant, etc...I'm not sure if the system has a name or not?

The black aluminum panelling and the transparency of the glass will be a good combination. I'm excited for this project now that there is some cladding going up.

The glass looks promising so far, the panes are nice and big and I like the silver metal trim around the windows. It should give the building a nice detailed look.
