The recessed balcony look is everywhere, the nines, that one off Macleod going into mission, the new proposal on 17th beside enterprise, and even that one that people don't like the finishings on at 5th and 17th.
DP2024-08864 was approved, and is past the appeal period.

And out of nowhere, the pocket between crowchild and 25 st, south of 26 Ave is packed with mid rise towers.

This project is now listed for sale. The DP is approved, but it doesn't look like construction will begin until a new buyer is found:
