I really like these towers. Are they mixed use or something? I just think it's a bit odd that the top floors, which would typically have the more expensive units, don't appear to have balconies but the lower floors do. Only thing I could think of was that maybe the top floors are commercial space instead.
 
The floor heights are residential. Larger units with the same number of units per floor can be provided without the balconies.

I'm not sold on the design. The attention to detail is off the chart.
 
It looks like the trim around the balconies on the south tower are white instead of red.
