And further to the article, it looks like a DP has been submitted for "two towers" in this development:
A rendering of the two tower project, a 55 plus seniors residence.

That's fairly impressive. Looks to be about 15 storeys.

Yeah, those look better than some of the other towers that've gone up in Downtown/Beltline. Too bad they're kind of in the middle of nowhere.

If Trinity Hills can deliver anything close to the final product they show in their long YouTube video this will not be ‘the middle of nowhere’. It will be an isolated urban village which will depend on the residents adapting to a walking lifestyle to be a success as an urban experience. Otherwise it will just be a very well designed smart centre where everyone arrives and leaves by car to accomplish 1 thing-just they park mostly underground and access the parking via not crazy wide streets.

I think it'll be the well designed smart centre where everyone arrives and leaves by car due to its isolation as an island. It is what it is, which is the the best you can hope for, given the location.
