Beautiful just beautiful the city of Calgary needs to make more districts like this like you see in the East Coast American cities

Another update from today. More progress on the District Townhomes:
The Quarters is now up above grade (sorry, photo doesn't capture it as well as I thought):
Mondrian is now reaching its final height for the west building I think, and windows going in:
The grocery store site is being graded, and looks like shallow utility installation is being prepped. I am going to consider this one under construction now:
Plaza's west building is now also clearly above grade:
Trico's West83rd Townhomes are also moving along pretty well:

A nice sunny afternoon for a construction photo update. Not construction related, but people have moved into Parkside, multiple patios had furniture out, even saw a few people sitting on them enjoying the sun:
Not quite under construction yet, but a pile driver is on site for Adelaide, so likely starting up very soon:
The Quarters is up above the main floor now:
The sales centre is now open in its new location, in the middle of the neighbourhood. Should give a much better idea to prospective residents of what the area will look like:
District Townhomes are really rising/coming together:
West 83rd Townhomes (Trico) are also coming along. No indication if anyone has moved into the first building yet, but I didn't look that close:
A couple of basements have been dug/poured for the West Single Family Homes (Trico), so they are now under construction:
Mondrian's West Building is fully topped out and enclosed. There is even the ground floor retail glass installed. The East building is up to level 3:
Plaza's West Building has columns up for the 2nd floor (or maybe 3rd, as the front half is double height retail while the back of the building is 2 storey townhomes), while the East building has the columns for the first floor poured:
And the grocery store is really coming along now too:

Went for a walk at lunch before the snow falls. I was away on a holiday over the school spring break, and so this was the first time I had walked through the area since probably my last photo update a month ago. Quite a bit of progress (I am amazed how quickly they can frame up townhomes and single family houses):
Big progress at District Townhomes. Nearly every building is either full height or well on its way. When you scroll up thread, you can see the air photos that Truman posted just a month ago, and most of these buidlings were still just a slab foundation:
The Quarters has its first 2 levels up, and working on the 3rd:
Drilling for Adelaide has started:
Both buildings of Mondrian are full height, no cladding yet (apart from ground floor glazing):
Excavation has started for Oak & Olive, so while the piles were driven last summer/fall, it is not sitting for long:
The foundation for the grocery store is coming along. I bet this will be open by the end of the year:
