Yes, it's a L-shaped midrise rental building. There's a plan floating around for it somewhere. Nothing special, but it gets rid of a parking lot and should bring a little more activity to the corner when Ryerson's not in session

Look at the units... it seems to me that they're basically building a privately-owned student residence here. Living areas are non-existent, it's almost nothing but bedrooms.
