CBC's investigative series ran an espsiode three years ago on the booming condo market in Toronto and it had some very good information that I feel is important today as it was when it aired 3 years ago.

It is important that buyers be educated so that they can make an informed decision. Hire a lawyer and a realtor to help sort out the complexities of buying pre-construction condo or any home for that matter, before signing on the dotted line.
