I just noticed on PlanIt there is a new application for the plot just south of the new "Gatineau Street" built along with this development. No documents just yet but it will be for 25 and 35 storey buildings. Same developer I believe.

IMO, way too tall for here. anything 30+ should be confined to the Promenade Mall redevelopment area. I'll keep an eye out for documents.

Not quite. Based on the application it appears that this lot is owned by Metrontario Group.

I do wonder if this is going to be challenged and try to go for even greater height considering that Queen’s Park has mandated higher density on transit corridors.
