The Streeterville neighbourhood in Chicago, which encompasses the popular Navy Pier, is about to welcome a new 21-storey building. Developed by ECD Company affiliate SMASHotels, a Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel will be occupying the small site at 224 East Ontario Street.
