This parking lot and the white glass enclosure will be replaced by a high rise. The parking lot was a rare piece of green space while this was Traffic Court - and the white annex covered the escalators which were added well after the building was in use.
The building will cantilever out over the tracks below right - preserving the ROW for a future light rail system [and providing the Valet services with more free space]

After a week of testing - with 2 different rigs - on the parking lot (ex lawn) up top, they moved down to lower Carol last week.
