The main floor commercial is designed for retail, office and restaurant use and can accommodate lease areas from 1,000 sqft to the entire available footprint. For a time. I think there is a slight downgrade with most acute care moving to the new one, but the longterm care portion of the facility will probably use some of it as well. There were significant upgrades to that a few years back. The central power house will be kept as well.Is the old hospital staying open?
