Check out this thread, so it is 36 stories. Both your view and viewpoints seem to be partially blocked IMO. And always remember, never believe any salesperson on what is going to be built on someone else's land.

Thanks, i saw the link earlier. So if it is 36 Stories than I should be fine right? I am on the 50th, it might block some of the park view in that angle since is a slightly apart, but as long as my lake view is still there i will be happy.

This really sucks for people 40 Stories and lower....

here is my view

Not even 40th floor down. I think around 45 floors down will get covered by the 36 floor tower. It's an office building so I assume at least 11' ceilings. West One is 8' ceiling. If the ceilings on the office tower get are taller than 11' per floor, you might not be so lucky.
