The cookie factory combats the smell of the treatment plant close by, so I hope it's not moving too soon.

Also, there is the Ocean Club condo. I believe it should be West of Nautilus.
There are more to come west of Nautilus - lots more - you just can't see them in the photos above yet.

In terms of transit, will the 501 be able to absorb all these new condo dwellers out there, or is it assumed that most of them will be drivers? If the latter, the area roads out there are going to be really pretty.
GO Transit needs to be pressed to add a station situated so that it can pick up foot traffic from Park Lawn Rd at its west end and TTC passengers from the Humber Loop at its east end. The area population will explode over the next several years.
