RioCan REIT is selling a 50 per cent non-managing interest in its residential rental and retail eCentral/ePlace property in Toronto, and its Rhythm rental apartment development in Ottawa to WoodBourne Capital Management for a total of $156.2 million, the trust announced Wednesday night.
 
I'm going to say Citylight is the bigger blight due to the sheer size of the project...the podium and tower site creates a hulking, spandrel laden mess that's overwhelming. Though this will be a very disapplinting project in itself.
 
E2 is starting to remind of the sequel to the movie Highlander. That is, there should of been only one...
