Seeing more of these and with mixed-use podiums along 142nd, 149th and 156th would be super nice (4-6 stories, differing materials and palettes ofc)

This is apparently called “Bravo”.

Prices seem quite high for non concrete, on a super noisy arterial, in a not overly central area. Interested to see how this goes.

Interestingly, they’ve cleared the lot next to it. I wonder who owns it and what might happen there. More TOD?

I noticed this lot as well on my bike ride the other day. It'd be cool if these secondary corridors like 142nd start to get clusters of these buildings, then we'll really start to get some more interesting main streets.

There are a number of similar scale projects coming to 142 Street.

West Block's next building (6-story apartment) should be starting here shortly. On the corner of 142nd & 106th Avenue a 19-unit townhouse project is moving forward. There is a proposal for supportive housing located on the West side of 142 Street (across from 104A Ave) that has been opposed by the Grovenor community league, but I believe it approved and proceeding

Do you have more info on that? Been wondering for ages when something is going to move on that site.
