On one side I agree completely, but on the other hand a few more towers in the downtown core would be nice to see. There are some areas surrounding the core that might do well with row housing.

It was put on hold last summer so glad that the rezoning is active again and progressing.

I think the density between 109th and 96th Street should be very high. That seems like a win and necessary for our city goals. Also, 109 to 124 I think should maintain decent heights, sort of like Davies and the west part of DT Van where its more mixed.

Don't want to see row housing in prime lots like these as much as around suburban transit stations where density is more sensitive.
