Can't wait to see the finished form - I wonder if it will what type of construction it will be - Ryan was our builder and does excellent work. He has some good projects going in Idylwylde and Strathearn.

I am a big fan of this building in the context of the neighbourhood. I think it might look a bit tacky in a lot of other neighbourhoods, but I think it fits here.

Given Glenora's track record of extreme NIMBYism, I am shocked that they actually managed to get this rezoned in a reasonable amount of time (or at all).
