The townhouses on the north side of the site have to be very close to receiving occupancy, no?
I'm not so sure about that. While the pace of construction finally seems to have picked up, there is still quite a bit of interior finishing left to be done on those guys. For example, the kitchens still need to be installed!

Hellooo. Long time creeper on this forum/post because I live near the development and am interested in watching it progress! Thought I would finally join and share a link I found during a recent search around for info on the development. It's the sales site for what I believe is the Camsell apartments and the townhomes behind it. Has floorplans, for those interested. Looks like it will be 190 units. I don't know if this link has been shared yet, apologize if yes: https://inglewoodlofts.ca/building/

Nice find! And Welcome!

Some of those units are pretty hot... I love the ceilings.
They do look very, very good. Quality development.

A little odd to me that a few of the 2 bedroom units just don't... have doors on the main bedroom, though? At first I thought it was just the floor plan graphics being wrong, but it's shown that way in the renders as well. Can understand it obviously in a studio, even a 1 bed perhaps, but in a 2 I find it odd. Is this a new trend?
