A bit of a tour today of the park/plaza between the buildings. I noticed there were numerous retail bays in both tower podiums facing towards the park, as well as the street. Once they're all full, it should be a really great gathering place for this neighbourhood.

Yes, I'm pretty sure the south tower is occupied. The north tower might still need a bit of work though.

Anyone know what materials were used on these buildings and how those compare to the Langham Development Fox 1 and 2?

@PomerleauDev Pretty sure both Fox and Edgewater used EIFS cladding. Not sure how they compare.

Anyone know if these were built to spec as condos as opposed to rentals? I know they were initially marketing them as condos and seem to remember the switch occurring when one of the buildings was pretty much built out. Might make for nicer rentals than elsewhere if ceiling height matters to you. This is just me conjecturing though.
