I'd like to see Cookie Love move there from their interior location within MNP. Walking outside on the street it's impossible to know they're inside that tower.

The tricky thing is that Cacao is out of mind for those in the pedway system and they derive a lot of business from their existing tower above.

Those vinyl coverings on the pedway between Bell and COE makes it hard to see that location.

Has any thought ever been given to some sort of exterior signage, either on the building or nearby infront to indicate the retail, commercial tenants? It might help.
