I believe its the property at the northwest corner of Jasper and 123. Colliers manages it and it goes by the name J123. Looks like there was an app to re-zone it back in 2015 to allow for a high rise but no idea what happened. This should be interesting. This area will be unrecognizable from the street level in a few years.

@MCXavierL There's been no rezoning there, it's currently CB3. In any case, it would be moot as it looks like this is a new rezoning application anyway.

New Jasper Avenue tower proposal sneak peek

A Toronto property developer is pitching a 30-storey residential tower in Oliver, right on Jasper Avenue.

J123 definitely needs its own thread. A zone change and approval should be a go. I think it looks decent at this early stage and nice to see another Eastern developer taking interest in YEG.

A ~5,000 square foot retail space is located along the Jasper Ave frontage and a tiny ~200 square foot retail space is located on the 123 St side as well. So there is retail proposed.
