The proposed development would be between Jasper Avenue and 102 Avenue, on the site of a surface parking lot, and an existing one-storey commercial building.

The proposal is for a building approximately 22 storeys in height, with commercial uses located at ground level facing 111 Street NW. This new tower will be attached to the entrance of the already existing Meridian I Tower to the immediate south.
