I think this complex is perfectly located. I just would hope that there will be retail bays at street level to further activate that sidewalks around the building.

^There will be plenty of retail/commercial at grade where it makes sense.
This is an optimal site for this type of redevelopment given that you have a major employer literally two blocks north - Grey Nuns. That in itself is a major driver.
