Dub had such a great proposal for a boutique hotel/B&B with a bar/rest and patio. Curious to know where that went.

Looks like they've finally completed construction except for some landscaping or utility work just south of the building.

Again, why no community cafe/pub/bakery CRU in this. Such a a wasted opportunity to make it an everyday hub.

To add to that, I love Rossdale and have looked at places a few times, but simply would not move there in part due to no walkable coffee/pub/bread.

I hear that, but even if you had something here you would still have to cross an eight lane highway from Rossdale to get there. Not exactly a quaint stroll to the local coffee shop. Plus I’m betting most of Rossdale is working outside of the hood during the day. I certainly wouldn’t put my money into trying to make something work here, and I doubt anyone else would too.
