Decent looking building that's a much needed gap filler for that section of Whyte on that side of the street. I think if I had to compare this project to Raymond Block however, Raymond Block gets the nod mainly due to the podium (though I like that building as a whole)

Fair enough @dunno. I'm actually liking it now as it's being revealed bit by bit, considering boosting my vote one notch. Looks better in person, really good street interaction.

The alley side (south) has a fair amount of brick by the looks of it.
It's not great, I don't mind it at all though and I hope it turns out better than expected.
Maybe it's because of the colours, but it already looks pretty dated. Will take this over an empty lot or car dealership, but I'm not feeling it just yet. I still very much appreciate the street front interaction though.
I'm dissappointed with this. I'm OK with the scale, but they missed the mark in complementary to the area. This is just a modern walking up. Behind this street , it would suffice.
