Last I looked they still had some fins to replace, not sure what the hold up is. They also still need to get the zoning amendment, which isn't even on the Public Hearing radar yet for some reason.
I know I've mentioned this before on here. Why can they not cover that grey bracket going down Stantec with the same coloured glass as the rest of the building. Why leave it that way!? I don't understand. I don't mind the blocky design and that it's far for the original renders but that part looks so cheap.

I'd like to know what the EDC is good for if they can't enforce but only make recommendations on a building design.Good enough for Edmonton...
