George Spady is also moving next year as well and that's right by this development too. If the Hope Mission in Dovercourt also pushes through then that could contribute to some changes as well.
Hopefully EPS is worth their dollar for a change and keeps the pedway safe! It’s also worth noting that the building’s main lobby entrance is from the plaza between the RAM. CN Tower, and the east end of EPCOR Tower, not from 101st Street.
Once the pedway link is completed, there will also be direct underground access all the way from The Switch to the Churchill LRT Station and to everything else linked to the Churchill LRT Station.
Where is the Spady moving to? And is that building being torn down to be sold?George Spady is also moving next year as well and that's right by this development too. If the Hope Mission in Dovercourt also pushes through then that could contribute to some changes as well.
Should be on Stony Plain Road near 156 St. No idea what the building's fate is though.Where is the Spady moving to? And is that building being torn down to be sold?
Portions of Spady's operation are moving to Stoney Plain Road. The Supervised Consumption Site is not moving with it and it is unclear what is happening with that portion of Spady's work. No word on what is happening with the current building.Where is the Spady moving to? And is that building being torn down to be sold?
Or is it 37 floors now?so that means the tower will be scaled back quite a bit from the original 25 stories?
