Strathearn might be the first non-downtown neighbourhood in the city where we see the big changes that the Valley Line, infill development due to the zoning changes and TOD brings when combined together.

It's actually a cool case study to see grow organically.

I actually think we’ll see TODs on the West leg pop up faster than we have for the SE leg so far, especially as it gets closer to completion. Reasoning being (unpopular opinion for some) that the West End is a more “desirable” area than the SE to many people in the city.

I'd count West Block if Valley Line West was completed

There's also more opportunities in the West End too tbh. South of Avonmore, it becomes a bit more difficult just based on Millwoods' layout. Not impossible, but just harder,
