I got a notice about a month ago that the property to the east was also scheduled for demolition. I forgot to post it when I got it, and now I seem to have lost it, or maybe I threw it out accidentally.

You’re right….i was thinking of the parking lot south of the TD…..just north of the Artisan lot….my bad

I believe that house has been for sale for awhile, and the way it was advertised was just for the lot. It was quite pricey from what I recall - I think 699K?

I think you're right. I talked to one of the people on site, and they were digging out a basement across the lane way. So it looks like they are just dumping the dirt there.

Drove by this morning. Not sure how new this is but there is a For Sale sign on the property now.
