Lots of good features to this building. Open, airy and comfortable. The black exterior - brings it down a bit though. Window framing in black with the gold soffits was an excellent choice but the solid black exterior is too much. Could have been used more sparingly. To my eye anyways.

I love dark buildings. They strike me as more elegant and they certainly look far better against our drab, grey-white winters. And thank the good dog above that they didn't plaster it with seventeen odds and ends of siding!
