It's just sorta too bad that they couldn't have dug and built the entire podium all at once then build each tower on at a time.

The Chickens will have to find a new Hauz... er Koop -- mayhaps they have struck a deal with the landlord to relocate in the base of the new tower that is now under construction with egg-cellent 🫕 financial incentives to do so (has been hatched many times before). Relocations are one of myriad reasons why developers phase construction.

Well, if they have to relocate, its not like there are no empty spaces nearby, just take a walk around the blocks nearby. There is quite a selection.
