Leasing has started with 7 units marked as unavailable. I walked past yesterday and the construction work looks like it is wrapping up. Art hung in the lobby and all the window coverings installed. Wouldn't be surprised if move in dates in April are being offered.

This one is pretty much complete. I think it’s one of the most underrated construction projects in Edmonton this year, just with the density it’s adding to an older neighbourhood one block from a school and two blocks from a major bus corridor. We need more projects like this in the inner city.

31/120 leased according to website. So 25%. 3/4 townhomes leased which is cool to see. Hope this project does really well.

As in their 2 tower project on 82nd Ave and 99th St……the one Ian was eluding not long ago that he “heard some rumblings on,” if I’m not mistaken…….
