that suite is tiny - and it'll probably lease for $2200 to boot. Can't imagine living in a space that small - I live in a similar format 1 bed that's at least 100sf larger than that, and I find it very tight.

I mean I have to commend them as to how well the floorplan works at that size - but jeez, the size. It's a better plan than many in this size category, and this seems to increasingly be the way units are going.. but I couldn't deal. I'll be sticking to older buildings with larger units, thank you.
