Thank you for taking the time to reply, the architecture then was magnificent , i assume that a lot of these old gems have fallen to urban development if so then a lot of history has been lost.
We use locations as touchstones for our memory's , i was dismayed when i re-visted a spot where i met my first girlfriend in the early seventies i was hoping to look and touch the tree that we carved our initials and our'' undying love in'' i was met with no tree and a mcdonalds on the site.
My maudlin feelings soon passed , that is one reason why heritage buildings '' and trees''must be preserved.

Even with having reversed the image, not unknown with archival pics, I cannot believe
this to be Sunnyside; the land elevation being too high; could however, be farther to the east, present view;
note the break wall? and the large building in the distance.

Must be 1915 at the latest, as open sided streetcars were banned in 1915. It's more likely from the 1900s.
