A thread very similar to Oddball's earlier threads. This time only privately developed buildings as the economic model is different and thus, often changes the design parameters.

Because there are a number of options, I've let users pick 3 choices.

Tough to pick even with three choices. I love Maxwell Bates Block, and also with with old school Orange Lofts. Also Odeon, even though it's not done yet, it looks so promising.

I went with Pixel, Orange Lofts, and Maxwell Bates Block. Odeon could end up being a great little project, but won't know until it's finished.

We completed one in Kingsland, going duplex to 4. It was a challenge, but I believe turned out well.i can put some pics up for constructive critique. Very small, but the structure was designed to add another floor. Bear with me I’ll have to pull the project up maybe tomorrow.

I just realized that this thread was meant for preselected projects. Arggh. Apologies I bombed that. Completely misread the intent of the thread. Anyway, it is a different model of providing density on a smaller scale.

No worries, since this thread was posted, there have been a bunch of other low rise projects. I'm remove the poll is it's outdated anyhow.

I like these kinds of developments. Not a large scale development, but multiple developments like this can really build up the density of a neighborhood in a n ice human scaled way.
