Looks like these work units are being sold (from $600 K), instead of leasing. It's an ambitious plan but I wonder how it will be received. Geary has become more popular in recent years for alternative employment usages but this seems more high end. This section of Geary is also a more sleepy pocket than the part east of Dufferin.

Looks like some window replacement and interior reno has already been done for what looks like a presentation centre/gallery on the west end of the building:
