Probably old news but I was on 6th Ave yesterday and there is something happening on the Bow south block.

I’ve already lowered my expectations for Eau Clare. Hope for the best but expect the worst lol.

Yeah it looks great now but it will look like grey crap with uneven boards in about 24 months. (You heard it here first folks).

Not necessarily, I think this is the same material used for the benches along the pathway in Eau Claire. It’s been three years now and those benches still look new.

Don't mind the wood sidewalk in Eau Claire, should age as well as pavers in our frost heave prone climate.
